  • Discovery of Unlisted Property

    Our regular audit program reviews taxpayers already listing with the county; however, what about those businesses that don’t list. With this program we track down those businesses that are not filing at all in order to get them on the tax scroll and discover unlisted Business Personal Property taxes. We use many methods of scanning, researching & scoping out various lists to determine if a taxpayer is listing or not. CTSI does all the leg work and the county reaps all the benefits of extra tax revenue from businesses that have never listed!
